📋 Description

• Identify, target, and secure new distributors, contractors, and strategic accounts to expand Aspen’s market footprint • Develop and execute territory-level business development plans aligned with RectorSeal’s growth strategy • Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound engagement, and market intelligence • Lead product introductions, demos, and value-driven conversations to win new customers • Drive adoption of Aspen products among existing RectorSeal distributors by uncovering whitespace opportunities • Support distributor sales teams to increase product awareness, stocking levels, and sell-through performance • Conduct strategic business reviews with new accounts to accelerate early-stage growth and ensure retention • Collaborate with channel marketing on targeted campaigns, promotions, and field training • Monitor competitive activity and provide insights to strengthen product positioning and market strategy • Deliver technical and commercial training to distributors, contractors, and field sales teams • Serve as the subject matter expert for Aspen products in assigned territories

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent or higher • 5+ years of b2b sales in HVAC, building products, or industrial distribution • Comfortable with significant field travel (50–60%) • MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
