📋 Description

• Responsible for processing of goods inbound, ensuring counts and paperwork are accurate. • Accurate receipt of stock goods and put-away of stock after receipt. • Confirm receipts after checking all records are accurate. • Prompt reporting of Goods In discrepancies via the correct channels. • Receipting to QC HOLD of returned or rejected goods with all returns reported in the correct manner. • Recommend staff training requirements. • Delegate cleaning duties to Goods In staff to ensure a clean working environment. • Ensure proper handover of outgoing shift to incoming shift.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently. • Must have a high level of knowledge regarding our WMS system. • Be able to adapt and handle pressure of heavy inbound deliveries. • Show excellent leadership within the team and lead by example. • Be able to train and coach staff with new skills in Goods In. • Show high levels of motivation within the team. • Must be a very good communicator within the area and other areas of the business.
