📋 Description

• Lead efforts for significant and high-value defense pursuits • Identify and assess clients’ requirements • Develop complex technical solution options • Build and lead cost-competitive multifunction teams • Develop, document, and execute capture management plans and associated strategies • Conduct requirements analysis, competitive analysis, capability assessments, gap analysis, price-to-win analysis, and teaming and call plans • Manage stakeholder relationships and keep business leadership informed and engaged • Stay engaged through proposal development, including strategy, planning, writing, and submission for DoD and federal contracts • Ensure proposals are compelling and aligned with customer requirements • Support a Capture Community of Practice • Gather and integrate feedback from post-bid reviews, lessons learned, and market analysis • Provide coaching, training, and resources on capture management and proposal development best practices • Partner with leadership on cross-functional initiatives to increase bidding competitiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 8 plus years' experience within the DoD industry • Previous experience with Capture Management and developing Capture Plans • Leadership experience • Strong organizational and planning skills • Strong cross functional communication skills • Experience in proposal development, competitive analysis, and capture planning • Familiarity with Curtiss-Wright’s product lines and target markets is a plus • US citizenship required • Position may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening
