📋 Description

• Manage the software development lifecycle of SAP Security at Curtiss-Wright • Design, configure, and communicate SAP user management and security matrices across SAP solutions • Analyze application security exposure risks and provide mitigation solutions • Collaborate with the SAP team to conduct and manage audit reviews • Design, deploy, and support SAP Security functions across the SAP landscape • Design, build, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles in the S/4 environment across all landscapes • Maintain S/4 Security roles and role assignments based on changing access needs • Analyze information security and business data to assess the security risk posture • Ensure integration of information security with business strategies and requirements • Drive remediation plans for audit and compliance findings • Build relationships with senior management and executive teams • Create and maintain technical and policy documentation • Serve as the subject matter expert in SAP Security • Respond to and follow up on security-related tickets, including new roles, changes, user terminations, and new user setups • Understand evolving business needs and recommend future strategies • Provide technical assistance for errors, problems, or questions related to SAP instances • Support management during IT audits and ensure adherence to change control policies • Develop, implement, and analyze best-practice change and access controls and processes with management • Assist in documenting key business processes • Support ITSM tools for change management, CMDB, security, testing, and related needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Security, or a related field • 15 or more years of experience in SAP Security, risk, and compliance • A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori is preferred • SAP and Security certifications are a plus • Expertise in SAP Security, risk, and compliance, particularly with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori • Solid understanding of information security management principles, SAP application security methodologies, and SAP user and role management tools • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in defining the SAP Security approach, role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning • Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Position may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening • Must remain eligible to access export-controlled information if applicable
