📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with peers and the account team • Manage day-to-day transaction management of various large strategic initiatives • Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans • Lead, direct and provide strategic guidance on transactions • Negotiate and manage transactions in a globally consistent manner • Oversee legal review of client leased documents • Perform market and financial analysis • Prepare best in class reporting

🎯 Requirements

• +10 years’ experience in a corporate services role • Valid Real Estate license • Experience with high-level, complex transaction management • Proven effective project management skills • Ability to lead a team • Well-developed organizational skills • Well-developed financial analysis and modeling skills • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
