📋 Description

• Architect and lead the development of enterprise-scale data platforms • Assist with scoping and planning integration projects • Oversee the development of Azure SQL database objects • Drive performance and reliability of real-time data processing • Define and enforce standards for integration patterns • Manage and mentor a small team of data engineers • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in data engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud-native data engineering • 3+ years with Databricks and Delta Lake in Azure • 2+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role • Proficient in SQL and designing performant queries • Experience with multiple programming languages in data engineering (e.g., PySpark, Scala, R, Python) • Strong understanding of cloud-native data architecture and Lakehouse design principles • Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), ideally Databricks Asset Bundles, and Infrastructure as Code
