📋 Description

• Lead the Americas occupier facilities management sustainability business • Guide account teams to deliver statements of work and exceed client KPIs • Identify inefficiencies, streamline delivery processes, and introduce innovations • Cultivate client relationships, handle escalations, and manage business risks • Collaborate with project management, transactions, facilities management, procurement, and other business functions • Supervise and mentor on-account teams and nurture high performers • Lead professional development and talent retention activities • Build a community of practice for knowledge sharing • Support recruitment, hiring decisions, talent pipeline development, and onboarding • Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities • Develop tailored pursuit solutions, lead sales pitches, and manage the RFP process end-to-end • Reinforce market presence through industry networking, conferences, and presentations • Conduct market research and assess competitive landscapes • Develop and implement business plans for new growth pathways • Collaborate with the CSO on strategic plans and operational roadmaps • Develop business performance KPIs and reporting for executive leadership • Review and refresh processes and strategies to optimize resource management, profitability, and client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across energy management, sustainability and real estate • Senior/executive leadership experience • Experience guiding account teams to deliver statements of work and exceed client KPIs • Experience streamlining delivery processes and introducing innovations • Experience cultivating client relationships, handling escalations and managing business risks • Experience supervising and mentoring teams • Experience leading professional development and talent retention activities • Experience collaborating on recruitment and hiring decisions • Experience developing tailored pursuit solutions and leading sales pitches • Experience managing the RFP process end-to-end • Experience conducting market research and understanding competitive landscapes • Experience developing and implementing business plans • Experience developing performance tracking KPIs and executive reporting • Ability to collaborate across project management, transactions, facilities management and procurement • Ability to support strategic plans, operational roadmaps, acquisitions, industry partnerships, investments, and technology development
