📋 Description

• Analyze, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including technology agreements and related documents • Ensure contract terms align with business objectives, policies, laws, and regulations • Identify and mitigate risks in vendor agreements, agency agreements, engagement letters, and other real estate and commercial contracts • Develop proficiency in and integrate artificial intelligence and legal technology tools into contracting workflows • Monitor legal, regulatory, and internal policy changes • Update attorneys and contract templates to ensure compliance • Contribute to operational improvements and best practices for contract workflows, templates, and contract handling • Collaborate with team attorneys to share best practices and document negotiation and risk management strategies • Advise internal clients regarding policies and contracts • Support attorneys with developing and updating training materials • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, or a related field preferred • Minimum 7 years’ experience independently negotiating and managing processes for complex commercial contracts • Strong understanding of commercial contracts • Experience negotiating commercial real estate industry contracts is a plus • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Innovative thinking, flexibility, and drive • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to initiate, drive, and promote change management with respect to contracting processes and approach • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities • Expertise managing contract lifecycle and related systems • Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Proficiency managing artificial intelligence tools, including development of prompts and building of agents
