📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned mid-market and coalition pharmacy benefit manager clients • Lead client communication, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement with executive-level judgment • Build trusted relationships with benefits, HR, finance, and operational stakeholders • Partner with the Managing Director on strategy, prioritization, and complex client situations • Own renewal planning and execution for assigned accounts within standard pricing and guarantee frameworks • Prepare and deliver renewal materials, financial summaries, and client presentations • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value and address emerging needs • Maintain accountability for satisfaction, retention, and revenue performance, with Managing Director oversight and a disciplined, client-first approach • Manage account financial performance, including trend analysis, guarantees, and key pricing drivers • Use analytics platforms and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance, identify risks or opportunities, and generate actionable client insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, sales, or account management • Client-facing experience with employer or coalition accounts • Experience managing renewals, financial discussions, and client deliverables • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to leverage data and AI-enabled tools for decision making • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Valid driver’s license.
