• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in their own homes • Conduct virtual visits as needed • Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
