📋 Description

• Work directly with third-party auditors, clients, and internal business areas involved in audits • Coordinate, manage, and track rebate audits from initiation through closure • Gather, review, and analyze deliverables to proactively resolve issues • Review and research questions from auditors and account teams • Resolve alleged issues strategically and achieve results • Draft open-item and report responses to auditors • Escalate appropriate items to senior leaders in a timely manner • Document correspondence with internal partners, clients, and auditors • Track audit progress and ensure deliverables are provided by due dates • Submit identified issues through the correction and reimbursement process • Manage multiple audits with short turnaround times • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of rebate-related audit exceptions

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in audit or project management • Knowledge or background of pharmacy rebates • Critical thinking • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects from initiation through completion • Ability to interact effectively with third-party auditors and clients • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience • Past project management experience desired • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce • Experience with writing and/or running queries • Familiarity with healthcare benefit navigation/data mining tools
