📋 Description

• Support Anaplan as product owner for P&L Forecast and Planning • Serve as subject matter expert and key point of contact for all users • Support P&L planning, intake, prioritization, and execution of defects, enhancements, projects, and models • Conduct user acceptance testing and training • Analyze and resolve issues, identify trends, and support Segment/Enterprise reporting • Partner with engineers, architects, and UX designers in standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Prioritize features and technical work to maximize value delivery • Identify Finance automation technologies and use cases • Manage governance and Change Control board processes from intake through post-execution • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback • Drive and track measurable results using agreed-upon KPIs • Support data migration, integration, and financial reporting • Build effective internal relationships and identify project risks, issues, and mitigations • Remove roadblocks to keep delivery on track • Identify Finance optimization and automation opportunities • Collaborate across peers to ensure governance processes are effective and repeatable

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of Financial Systems Consulting experience • 2 years of Finance and FP&A activities and processes experience • 2 years of extensive Anaplan model experience supporting users, businesses, and segments with issue analysis and resolution • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and relevant systems • Knowledge of Finance process taxonomy, including Capital Planning, Revenue Planning, Cost of Goods & Services, Expense Planning, Workforce Planning, and Budget & Forecasting • Process improvement and technology methodologies such as Six Sigma, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and ADLC • Experience with financial analysis or financial systems analysis • Experience working with or being part of a center of excellence • Experience with governance standards, large-scale implementations, change management, and stakeholder management • Knowledge of Finance value drivers across business segments • Ability to bridge IT and Finance processes • Strong execution, delivery, leadership, team management, problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, verbal communication, and written communication skills • Certified Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder preferred • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years)
