• 8+ years of experience in pricing, retail merchandising, revenue management, or financial analytics • Strong understanding of retail pricing dynamics, promotions, and front store category management • Proven ability to balance margin performance, competitive pricing, and customer value • Advanced analytical skills; strong proficiency in Excel • Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership • Prior people management or informal team‑lead experience • SQL and BI tools • Experience in drugstore, mass retail, grocery, or convenience retail environments • Knowledge of price elasticity modeling and optimization • MBA/Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
