📋 Description

• Support development of the organization’s strategic direction, focusing on growth, performance, and long-term value creation within Behavioral Health • Partner with senior leaders to shape and advance strategic priorities • Prepare executive-ready materials and facilitate decision-making • Evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, new products, and strategic investments • Develop business cases through structured analysis • Lead and support strategic initiatives from concept through execution • Ensure alignment, momentum, and measurable outcomes across initiatives • Synthesize market trends, internal performance, and stakeholder perspectives to identify opportunities and risks • Assess competitive positioning and evolving industry dynamics • Conduct financial and operational analysis, including revenue implications, cost drivers, and utilization trends • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, network, and operations teams • Contribute to a high-visibility portfolio of work with regular exposure to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product, healthcare, or a related field • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights • Proven ability to manage and execute across multiple priorities and workstreams • Effective communication skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions and influence without authority • Demonstrated interest in healthcare, preferably Behavioral Health • Proficiency in financial analysis and business case development • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA or MPH preferred, or equivalent professional experience
