📋 Description

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs • Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features • Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features • Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external • Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing • Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment • Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices • Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints • Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables • Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies • Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience • Proven experience as a Technical Architect on Salesforce projects • Experience with integration tools and technologies • Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies. • Platform Developer 2 certification (preferred) • Knowledge of Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud (preferred)
