📋 Description

• Lead and grow our Data Engineering and AI teams, providing both strategic direction and day-to-day technical guidance. • Architect, build, and maintain data pipelines, orchestration systems, and AI services that power our platform. • Stay hands-on with development, contributing directly to codebases and models. • Drive best practices in data modeling, orchestration, and cloud-native engineering. • Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate deal origination workflows into scalable data and AI solutions. • Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability across a large and growing dataset.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, DBT, Airflow, and modern data pipelines. • 5+ years working in the data/AI space. • Track record of success leading a team • Strong applied experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI, including deploying models in production. • Proven experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably GCP. • Strong track record of hands-on software development and technical leadership (expect to code >50% of the time). • Prior experience managing or mentoring data engineering and AI/ML teams.
