• Qualifications: • Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred). • 5+ years of overall experience with a proven track record in the Staffing Industry. • 3+ years experience in Sales and Business Development in the Staffing Industry. • Experience in one or multiple industries and domains such as IT, Engineering, Life Sciences etc • Proven experience in vendor management, recruitment, or business development roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and trust with clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
