📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Delivery within the Customer Success Team • Use stakeholder management experience to support customer engagement and growth • Manage internal and external resources to ensure successful initial deployments • Establish appropriate governance and benefit measures for deployments • Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries • Optimize team flow, address issues, and build agile capabilities • Lead continual planning through product delivery, post-launch support, and benefits realization • Identify and rectify team-dynamic issues and connect daily work with product vision • Contribute across product delivery phases with Customer Success and the Product Lead • Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer • Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure continuous engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and German • Proven experience in Agile project management, demonstrating successful implementation of methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery • Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels • Strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products • Continuous learning mindset and awareness of industry trends in Agile practices • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment • Remote working experience (bonus) • Agile certification: CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP (bonus) • Experience with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products (bonus) • Familiarity with the insurance industry (bonus)
