📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for Ebilling queries from the Billing team, providing operational support and day-to-day troubleshooting • Work closely with the Billing Supervisor and cover during absences by monitoring Ebilling workloads, distributing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and conducting 1-2-1s with Billing Administrators • Assist with onboarding clients to Ebilling platforms, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with client requirements • Monitor Ebilling rejections, errors and resubmissions, resolving issues where possible or escalating appropriately • Promote right-first-time processes and continuous improvement within the billing team • Identify opportunities for process enhancement • Provide support and training to team members, supporting their development and building confidence • Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to support smooth billing delivery • Maintain hands-on Ebilling and billing responsibilities while providing enhanced responsibility, oversight and day-to-day leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years' experience working with multiple Ebilling portals and LEDES formats • Strong understanding of the Ebilling lifecycle from upload to approval • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data issues • Commitment to compliant, right-first-time submissions and billing • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to provide guidance to team members • Experience with Elite 3E and Excel • Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working effectively under pressure
