📋 Description

• Lead the technical aspects of the DailyPay integration for Small to Enterprise sized customers • Perform comprehensive discovery and build robust documentation of the implementation requirements • Perform technical research to provide unique solutions for complex customer integrations • Become a specialist in the product, configuration, and internal processes • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks • Work hand in hand with the sales team to assist with pre-sales and scoping discussions • Suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and customer feedback • Work closely with operations and support teams on implementation details during the post-launch handoff • Manage the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live • Lead the technical integration between third-party vendors and DailyPay

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • 3–5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions • Experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts and managing operational and C-level stakeholders • Detail-oriented, able to set priorities, and flexible in a changing environment • Excellent written communication and presentation skills • Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT • Experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including reviewing logs and troubleshooting • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required to support customers • Experience in early-stage products, markets, and companies preferred • Experience with HCM, Payroll, and Time Management Systems • Experience with Dell Boomi or similar products
