📋 Description

• Lead the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for Small to Enterprise customers • Perform comprehensive discovery and build documentation of implementation requirements • Conduct technical research to develop solutions for complex customer integrations • Become a specialist in DailyPay’s product, configuration, and internal processes • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks • Partner with the sales team on pre-sales and scoping discussions • Suggest new product features and functionality based on customer implementation feedback • Collaborate with operations and support teams on implementation details during post-launch handoffs • Manage the full implementation lifecycle from pre-sales through go-live • Lead technical integrations between third-party vendors and DailyPay

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • 3-5+ years of experience in Implementation of SaaS solutions • Experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts • Experience managing operational and C-level stakeholders • Experience supporting day-to-day customer relationship needs • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment • Excellent written communication and presentation skills • Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT • Experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including reviewing logs and troubleshooting • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Occasional availability outside normal business hours to support customers • Experience in early stage products, markets, and companies preferred • Experience with HCM, Payroll, and Time Management Systems nice to have • Experience with Dell Boomi or similar products nice to have
