• Own and Lead Global Forecasting Strategy • Establish standardized forecasting frameworks across regions, teams, and business units • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, predictability, and transparency • Develop and evolve analytics-driven forecasting models incorporating pipeline dynamics, conversion rates, and leading indicators • Lead development of weekly/monthly business performance insights, integrating pipeline, bookings, revenue, and KPI trends • Establish and maintain funnel health metrics and leading indicators • Collaborate with BI, Data, and IT teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting tools, and automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, or revenue operations • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) • Ability to travel 10%
