📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and optimize field service inventory in the Europe region • Drive continuous improvement activities and standardization of service parts planning processes • Manage service inventory and optimize target levels by setting and maintaining planning parameters in the ERP system • Leverage service parts planning tools • Develop and continuously improve processes, standard work, and work instructions for service parts planning and field inventory management • Partner with Field Service Teams to align inventory strategy with customer strategy • Identify opportunities and coordinate parts movements across the global distribution network • Serve as a central point of contact between supply chain and service teams • Monitor and analyze KPIs • Problem-solve misses to goal and implement countermeasures to close gaps • Report to the Director, Global Service Operations as part of the Global Service Team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in ERP/MRP/DRP • Expertise in inventory management and materials planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate issues, and propose solutions • DBS or Lean experience required • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing lean tools at Gemba, including standard work, Kanban, visual management, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally • Project management experience in supply chain projects preferred • Experience working in Oracle preferred
