📋 Description

• Manage and execute tier 3 trade show logistics for 30+ events per year across EMEA • Secure event opportunities, coordinate shipments, arrange stand setup, and manage staff travel • Own Dandy-hosted and field events from planning through execution and performance reporting • Deliver data-driven insights to improve future planning and program efficiency • Lead pre-event kickoff calls to train and prepare onsite teams • Manage the post-event lead lifecycle, including data entry, Sales assignment, and immediate follow-up • Coordinate pre- and post-show email marketing campaigns with Growth Marketing • Oversee onsite trade show operations and schedules • Track and reconcile event expenses against allocated budgets • Recommend trade show and sponsorship opportunities based on budget and schedule • Build and maintain the centralised event playbook, SOPs, and packing lists • Track and analyse trade show performance with the Sr Event Manager, EMEA • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to achieve benchmarked ROI metrics • Support larger tier 1 and 2 trade shows through onsite management and pre- and post-event logistics

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing • Proven success planning and managing trade shows • Experience with field events • Exceptional project management skills • Highly organised, detail focused and results-driven • Ability to thrive while working on multiple projects at once • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal and external relationships • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English • Additional European languages are a plus • Experience in a B2B high-growth technology company is a bonus • Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motions is a bonus • Outstanding professional references are a bonus • Legal right to work in the UK
