• Daos Hub is a pioneering phygital space where Web3 innovators converge to build, collaborate, and thrive. • Located in Dubai, our 19,375-square-foot hub seamlessly blends physical and digital environments—offering state-of-the-art workspaces, immersive events, and a vibrant community dedicated to shaping the future of Web3. • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Daos Hub, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic business partner. • Your mission is to identify high-impact talent that shapes our future. • From rare profiles to creative leads, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and craft recruitment strategies that fuel growth. • You’ll lead the hiring process end-to-end, bring market insight into every conversation, and help define the DNA of Daos Hub’s team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a track record of closing vacancies across multiple functions. • Experience hiring for rare and senior-level positions. • Experience in soft skill evaluation and structured interviewing. • Strong background in executive search and multichannel sourcing. • Proven ability to consult and advise hiring managers as a true partner. • Experience in international recruitment is a plus. • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
