📋 Description

• Manage and develop e-commerce and agency clients • Analyze existing setups, identify optimization opportunities, and support the integration of DatAds into daily processes • Conduct regular client calls • Provide support via Slack • Provide strategic guidance on creatives and campaigns • Identify upselling opportunities for growth among existing clients • Proactively reach out to inactive or former leads via the CRM • Create copy, emails, and brief updates to strengthen client relationships, communicate success, and support sales activities • Work closely with founders Max and Daniel • Contribute your own ideas and continuously improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance advertising (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok), including both hands-on campaign management and strategic campaign development • Ideally, experience working at an agency or as a freelancer • Hands-on approach and pragmatic problem-solving skills • Growth mindset and strong self-motivation • Confident and personable communication style with clients, both in writing and on video calls • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
