📋 Description

• Lead a growing, interdisciplinary team of AI scientists and engineers performing research across Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Multimodal, Knowledge Graphs, Recommendation, and Search • Drive cutting-edge research initiatives in NLP, LLMs, and Deep Learning and translate advancements into real-world, scalable AI-driven products • Provide technical direction, thought leadership, and operational support for multiple projects • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders including product, engineering, and design to align projects and solutions • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure project alignment • Contribute to the research community via talks, publications, and participation in program committees • Place a human-centered focus on work to ensure end-user impact and practical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field • At least 5 years of management experience in an industrial research environment • Experience overseeing the development and delivery of AI products from conception through implementation • Experience with using AI to enable world class products in the real world • Outstanding publication record (AAAI, ACL, CVPR, ICLR, ICML, KDD, NeurIPS, WWW, etc.) • Deep technical understanding of the latest learning algorithms and toolkits (deep learning, LLMs, etc.) • US-based position (remote or New York City office)
