📋 Description

• Oversee the central contract repository, including post-signature lifecycles, obligation tracking, renewal management, and standardised playbook frameworks • Draft, negotiate, and mitigate risks for complex customer and supplier agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs • Design review playbooks, prompt structures, and automated workflows using Claude and Google AI platforms • Provide legal advice across employment law, data protection/GDPR compliance, compliance, and corporate governance • Serve as a point of contact for sales, finance, and delivery teams on commercial terms and contract governance • Work directly alongside the existing Legal Counsel and take ownership of commercial agreements and legal workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor • 3–6 years PQE gained within a top-tier law firm or a fast-paced in-house tech environment • Proven track record of independently negotiating complex commercial tech or professional services agreements • Hands-on experience implementing or maintaining standardised contract management frameworks, database structures, and repositories • Keen desire to apply legal principles practically in an in-house context • Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools, or demonstrated enthusiastic commitment to mastering AI prompt engineering and tech-driven workflows • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for technology and strong interest in leveraging generative AI tools
