• Create and execute multiple programs and project work plans for highly visible, high-impact nursing initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to develop and scale solutions • Keep executive stakeholders informed of project status • Scope project deliverables and goals and determine resource needs • Create and update project plans to achieve key milestones • Prioritize and delegate work across project teams • Remove project obstacles and communicate updates to director/VP stakeholders • Recommend project scope, KPIs, and reporting design • Lead teams in analyzing and interpreting data for project direction and experiments • Perform analyses and quality assurance of others’ work • Present information and facilitate effective meetings • Navigate challenging situations and escalate issues to leadership • Make project decisions and recommendations to leaders • Set expectations and hold project teams accountable • Build collaborative partnerships across departments • Manage workload to promote work-life balance and wellness • Support professional development and broader team culture
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects from conception to execution at a large scale • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Microsoft applications • Experience with Smartsheet, ClickUp, or other project management software for building project timelines and templates • PMP Certification preferred, but not required • Self-directed and able to function independently and as a team member • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Collaborative and relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences regarding ESKD • Consultative skills for addressing complex inquiries • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities according to clinical standards • Organizational, attention-to-detail, follow-through, analytical, reasoning, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to present and document work according to required standards • Strong understanding of clinical processes and ability to translate requirements into clinical policies and procedures • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment • Approximately 10% travel, including leadership core team meetings at least four times per year
