📋 Description

• Provide strategic clinical and scientific leadership within the Neurological Rare Diseases (NRD) area • Focus on evidence generation and medical monitoring for late-phase and real-world studies • Ensure that all studies are medically sound, ethically conducted, and scientifically meaningful • Serve as the primary medical lead on study teams, offering expert guidance on study design, safety oversight, and data interpretation • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Safety, Regulatory, and Scientific Communications teams • Represent the organization in internal and external scientific engagements, contributing to publications, congress presentations, and stakeholder communications.

🎯 Requirements

• MD required with at least 6+ years of biopharma experience • 3+ years in medical monitoring or late-phase clinical development (Phase 3–4 or observational studies) • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and evidence-based medicine • Experience using Spotfire or similar data visualization platforms • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence in a matrix environment • Proven track record of scientific excellence and ethical integrity in medical affairs.
