📋 Description

• Manage customer RGAs, including late distribution center exceptions, approvals, reporting, receipt discrepancies, credit issues, FedEx tracking, call tags, and warehouse follow-up • Coordinate with Distribution Centers, Carline, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, leadership, vendors, and other associates • Manage Dealer Tire distribution center, supply chain, and third-party logistics invoicing • Verify invoice accuracy, investigate discrepancies, apply accounting codes, process invoices for payment, and ensure timely payment • Determine eligibility for inventory blanketing and execute holds • Create locations in JDE while coordinating with Supply Chain Solutions • Track and report distribution network compliance and responses • Identify and solve problems, implement solutions, document best practices, and complete projects • Manage distribution center cycle counts, including cycle count creation/deletion, open count reviews, physical inventory preparation, and reporting • Work cross-functionally on distribution center budgeting, compile annual budget information, research cost-saving measures, and make recommendations • Respond to internal and external questions and requests and manage vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years related experience in Supply Chain or related field • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Problem solving and time management skills • Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to make decisions independently • Ability to establish priorities, objectives, time limits and goals • MS Office proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen • Ability to continuously view and input data to a computer screen • Ability to sit for long periods of time
