• 4–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in SaaS or data/automation • Strong commercial mindset — you’ve owned renewal and expansion targets before • Product-oriented — you understand APIs, integrations, and data workflows and can translate them into client value • Skilled communicator who can move comfortably between operators and executives • Analytical and organized — you use data to guide actions and measure impact • Thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments • Bonus: experience with clients in fintech, proptech, sustainability, or energy data sectors
