📋 Description

• Independently manage and execute projects related to our product Opus::L in close coordination with customers and internal specialist departments • Identify project risks early and develop and implement appropriate mitigation measures • Oversee project controlling, including preparation of project reports for customers and department management • Support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, including on-site support • Assist with proposal preparation in close collaboration with the various teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (or related field), preferably with a focus on healthcare or healthcare management; alternatively, vocational training in healthcare with several years of professional experience • Several years' experience with medical laboratory processes—particularly microbiology—in a hospital setting, as well as experience in healthcare IT project management; project management certification is desirable • Experience with Opus::L or other Laboratory Information Systems is an advantage • Strong communication skills with a careful working style and high quality standards • Flexible, customer-oriented approach to daily tasks • Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with software tools such as Confluence and Shell is a plus • Fluent German and good command of English • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
