📋 Description

• Run the operational engine behind interview loops across engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and G&A hiring • Schedule interview loops within 2 business days of candidate advancement • Achieve 90%+ interview scheduling SLA attainment • Reduce average time-to-schedule by 25% using AI and automation • Maintain 98%+ accuracy in Ashby across candidate stages, feedback, and dispositions • Achieve 90%+ interview feedback submission within 24 hours through proactive nudges and interviewer follow-up • Deliver a seamless candidate experience across onsite interviews, virtual loops, and travel logistics • Identify recurring hiring-process friction and recommend 2–3 actionable process improvements per quarter • Implement or pilot at least 1 process improvement each quarter • Support recruiters hiring across every company function • Automate coordination busywork so the team can focus on candidates and hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage calendars, time zones, stakeholders, and multiple moving pieces accurately • Clear, warm candidate communication skills • AI-native approach and ability to design Human+AI coordination workflows • Ability to build templates, automations, or systems that reduce recurring manual work • Experience maintaining clean and reliable ATS data • Ability to prioritize shifting requests and flag conflicts early • Ability to handle confidential candidate and interview information with discretion • Typically ~1–3 years in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or a similar operations role, or equivalent demonstrated experience (preferred, not required) • Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS (preferred, not required) • Experience building an automation or AI-assisted workflow such as Zapier, scripts, or LLM prompts (preferred, not required) • Experience supporting technical or high-volume hiring at a fast-growing company (preferred, not required) • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
