📋 Description

• Act as the SME for lending products, processes, and documentation. • Support the implementation of a lending-focused CLM platform. • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. • Review and map current and future-state lending processes. • Assess the operational impact of documentation and process changes. • Work with operations, legal, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered. • Support solution design, testing, implementation, and rollout activities. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions. • Produce process maps, business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. • Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution. • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Strong understanding of Credit agreements • Strong understanding of Facility agreements • Strong understanding of Loan documentation • Strong understanding of Amendments and waivers • Strong understanding of Lending lifecycle management • Strong understanding of Drawdowns and repayments • Strong understanding of Syndicated lending processes • Strong understanding of Loan servicing and administration • Strong understanding of Operational impacts of documentation changes • Strong understanding of Front-to-back lending operations
