📋 Description

• Manage registration projects from initial consultation through to submission • Support providers with Provider, Location and Registered Manager applications • Prepare and review Statements of Purpose • Produce registration documentation and supporting evidence • Review policies and procedures against regulatory requirements • Advise clients on CQC expectations and registration best practice • Conduct registration readiness assessments • Prepare applicants for registration interviews and fit person assessments • Manage project timelines and application progress • Provide regular communication and updates to clients • Support providers with post-registration compliance planning

🎯 Requirements

• A demonstrable track record of securing successful CQC registrations across one or more regulated activities • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, standards and registration requirements • Experience drafting Statements of Purpose and registration documentation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and project management skills • A professional, consultative and solutions-focused approach • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills • Enhanced DBS Certificate • Previous Registered Manager experience highly desirable • Previous Nominated Individual experience highly desirable • Operations Management experience highly desirable • Quality & Compliance Management experience highly desirable • Experience supporting providers through registration interviews highly desirable • Experience within Domiciliary Care, Supported Living, Residential Care or Nursing Care services highly desirable • Experience managing multiple registration projects simultaneously highly desirable
