📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into a clear technical target architecture • Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams • Own solutions end to end—from architecture and implementation oversight to code reviews and delivery quality • Decide between standard platforms such as cplace, monday.com, and Atlassian and bespoke development • Recognize when no-code/low-code is sufficient • Break work down into clean, estimable work packages • Lead and orchestrate the English-speaking onshore and nearshore team • Support clients from specialist departments through to management • Explain architecture in business terms • Constructively challenge client processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack and cloud-native foundation • Proficiency in a modern backend language, such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Go • Proficiency with a modern frontend framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue • Cloud experience with AWS or a comparable platform • Knowledge of infrastructure as code, such as Terraform • Deep understanding of sound architectural decision-making and code reviews • Willingness to use and extend standard platforms such as cplace, monday.com, and Atlassian; prior experience is not required • Experience with AI-assisted development and AI-in-delivery workflows is a strong plus • Experience in regulated or complex enterprise domains such as automotive, pharma/life sciences, finance, or the public sector is a strong plus • Ownership-driven, pragmatic, and self-organized approach to work • Experience or willingness to collaborate in distributed, async-friendly teams • Confident communication and facilitation skills, from specialist departments through to management • Ability to mentor and orchestrate teams • Fluent German and strong English skills • Reliability and strong cross-cultural collaboration skills across different time zones
