📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, covering regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests; • Create and execute manual test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; • Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to define automated test coverage strategies; • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.); • Use AI-supported tools to enhance test case creation, test data generation, and failure analysis; • Participate in test planning, risk analysis, and sprint reviews; • Triage defects, perform root cause analysis, and document issues clearly; • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new QA tools and techniques focused on automation and AI; • Mentor and support QA colleagues on automation best practices and using AI in quality workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Cypress, including building frameworks from scratch; • Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript applied to test automation; • Ability to create test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements; • Experience with manual and automated testing in Agile or DevOps environments; • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and browser inspection tools; • Experience with test management tools (e.g., QMetry, TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira); • Familiarity with AI-based tools applied to QA (e.g., automated test generation, predictive failure analysis, intelligent defect clustering); • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and proactivity; • Proficiency in English with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
