• Build the Rheumatology Network: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and rising voices in the field. • Design Engagement Strategy: Create impactful HCP education and engagement experiences across conferences, webcasts, podcasts, publications, research, and expert roundtables. • Grow the Business: Define and execute the Rheumatology strategy with full P&L responsibility, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Learn the needs of supporters to make meaningful connections with HCPs. • Lead the Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of vision, problem solving, accountability, and grit. • Integrate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations to embed Rheumatology within HCEsquared’s broader platform. • Innovate & Differentiate: Introduce new formats, partnerships, and offerings that position Rheumsquared® as a flagship vertical for HCEsquared® and a premier brand in the Rheumatology space.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, HCP education, medical publishing, or related industries; Rheumatology or specialty focus highly preferred. • Proven ability to build or scale a business vertical with full P&L ownership. • Strong network-building skills with KOLs and HCPs; experience developing impactful education and engagement programs. • Track record of leading teams, recruiting talent, and building high-performing cultures. • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations. • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive; able to both set vision and execute. • Solid financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and margin management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel for conferences, KOL meetings, and roundtables. • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) a plus but not required.
