📋 Description
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and understand business requirements. • Translate requirements into testable use cases and functional scenarios. • Design, execute, and track functional test cases using Jira and X-RAY. • Identify defects and support resolution in collaboration with Product Owners and developers. • Analyze data and process integration across modules to ensure end-to-end consistency. • Participate and contribute to backlog refinement from a testing perspective. • Assist in coordinating testing timelines and validating deliverables in hybrid (agile + waterfall) environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Academic or professional background in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) or related fields. • 3-4 years of experience in functional testing and software validation, ideally within hybrid environments. • Experience in functional testing and software validation. • Basic knowledge of Jira and familiarity with testing module X- RAY (training and support available). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders (minimum B2 English level). • Capable of working independently and taking initiative. • Willingness to learn and grow in testing methodologies and QA practices.
