📋 Description

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Market Access area • Development of access strategies for various markets and indications • Contract negotiations with statutory and private health insurers • Coaching, development and performance management of employees • Ensuring and optimizing processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant leadership and professional experience in the medical technology or pharmaceutical sector • Solid understanding of reimbursement systems, decision-making processes and stakeholders in the healthcare sector • Proven experience in designing and executing innovative projects with payers • Excellent German and English language skills • Willingness to travel 25–50%
