📋 Description

• Report to the VP, Emerging Markets • Hold full P&L accountability for all sites and contracts within the district • Lead a multi-site field leadership team and operations resources and support functions across the region • Operationalize the regional business plan • Build and maintain client relationships • Drive contract performance, safety, and financial results across the district • Implement corporate strategic initiatives across field operations • Identify, sell, and implement new business opportunities • Develop plans and budgets to meet financial targets • Manage client engagement outcomes, Net Promoter Score results, and contract extensions • Support business development requests and proposals • Mentor, train, and manage direct reports and field operations teams • Ensure compliance with employment standards, human rights, health and safety, and WHMIS legislation • Strengthen operational processes and implement improvements in safety, quality, customer service, finance, and employee performance • Coordinate with department leaders and District Managers to resolve operational problems and align strategic initiatives • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Management or a Business-related field is considered an asset • Minimum of 5 years of Operations/Business Development experience • Experience in multi-unit management is considered an asset • Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is considered an asset • Proven leadership and people management skills • Demonstrated financial management skills • Demonstrated market awareness, branding, and innovation • Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees • Familiarity with current industry technology • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
