📋 Description

• Define and drive a bold, future-oriented Loyalty & Membership strategy (including paid membership) • Move beyond incremental improvements to deliver step-change innovation in customer value and business impact • Build and continuously evolve a multi-horizon roadmap (Now / Next / Future) aligned to enterprise strategy • Clearly articulate tradeoffs, investment rationale, and long-term value to executive leadership • Design and lead a scaled discovery strategy across multiple product teams and domains • Establish discovery as a continuous, measurable discipline —not a phase • Own evolution of Scorecard into a modern loyalty + paid membership ecosystem • Partner with Business to Define: Membership tiers, benefits, and pricing strategy • Build deep partnerships with Business leaders (Marketing, Loyalty, Merchandising, Finance, Retail Media) to co-create strategy, not just align on it

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related fields • 5+ years operating at a Principal / Lead / Director level, owning enterprise-scale strategy • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-product initiatives with measurable business impact • Deep expertise in Loyalty programs (design, optimization, and scaling) • Hands-on experience with paid membership / subscription models (e.g., tiering, pricing, benefits, retention) • Strong foundation in Product Strategy (vision setting, opportunity sizing, roadmap definition) • Proven experience partnering closely with Design leadership (Principal UX or equivalent) to deliver differentiated, experience-led products • Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority
