📋 Description

• Provide vital repair services in retail environments within an assigned territory. • Be part of customer facing technical teams. • Utilize Diebold Nixdorf’s diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting. • Perform hardware repairs and maintenance. • Clean and adjust and configure components. • Instruct and train customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in any mobile engineering discipline. • Ideally have worked providing one of the following IT, EPOS, Break Fix, Customer Support. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Full, clean UK driver’s license required.
