📋 Description

• Manage your own dedicated portfolio of clients and build long-term, personal relationships • Proactively engage with clients and provide forward-looking support • Advise clients on software applications related to online marketing • Respond to client questions in writing, by phone, and through various communication channels • Capture and verify feature requests and bug reports, then forward them to the development team in a structured manner • Identify opportunities for improvement and challenges arising from client interactions and share them with the team • Represent Digistore24 at VIP client events, business lunches, and trade shows • Support clients with technical questions about APIs, upsell flows, and split tests • Investigate product approval and technical issues and coordinate solutions with clients and internal teams • Advise clients on entering new markets • Monitor clients’ social media activity and strengthen relationships through regular comments • Participate in team calls and learn how to use new tools and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in client support or customer success • Strong communication skills and precise, audience-focused communication • Ability to explain complex topics clearly, both in writing and verbally • Solutions-oriented approach to handling conflicts • Fluent German and English • Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively from a home office • Willingness to follow current industry trends and independently learn about new topics • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus • Experience in online marketing is a plus • Flexibility to attend occasional late client meetings • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues • Willingness to communicate via email, phone, voice messages, WhatsApp, and social media
