📋 Description

• Lead creative design, execution, and content strategy for Digital Science's B2C brands • Translate brand positioning into campaigns, content series, and distinct voices for consumer products • Own the content and social function and establish team quality standards • Lead and execute creative direction for major launches, including papers.ai • Build and operate a scalable content and creative engine across video, social-native formats, and creator programs • Partner with Product Design on visual identity, brand guidelines, and design systems • Report on creative and content output and business impact with the Growth Analyst • Use AI tools to accelerate content production while applying human editorial judgment • Build and lead a small team, with Social Media and Community Managers and Content Creators reporting to the role • Report to the VP Marketing and collaborate with marketing and Product Design colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in consumer marketing, including significant experience leading creative and content for a B2C or consumer-facing brand • Experience building content and creative functions from a small base • Strong creative judgment combined with commercial discipline and accountability for growth targets • Experience directing and producing creative for product launches • Experience partnering with a central design function and understanding brand versus product design • People leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and giving feedback to a small creative or content team • Fluency in organic and paid social, content platforms, and creator/community programs • Willingness to be hands-on when required • Interest in research technology, academia, or the researcher community valued
