📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective clients on the course portfolio, with a focus on professional development programs in IT and business • Conduct individualized needs analyses and define goals, taking into account each candidate’s qualification profile • Perform thorough evaluations of applicants’ prospects for success using qualitative and quantitative data points • Own the process for the entire candidate journey from initial contact through contract signing • Confidently support funding acquisition and manage stakeholders professionally, including employment agencies • Strategically develop and refine advisory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for proactively and openly engaging with prospective candidates • Comfortable working in dynamic environments and pursuing ambitious targets • High level of independence, ownership, and ability to maintain oversight while managing multiple complex application processes in parallel • Several years of experience in advisory-intensive B2C sales or in upscale hospitality and gastronomy • Solid experience collaborating with employment agencies and job centers • Proficient with Google Workspace applications and experienced using CRM systems such as HubSpot • Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
