📋 Description

• Build reliable, scalable software for healthcare products used by millions of people • Work on marketplace and search, practice management systems, AI-powered clinical tools, or patient and data integrations • Design, implement, and ship features across the stack • Own real product surfaces end-to-end within small autonomous teams • Make early production impact as a junior engineer • Use AI-assisted development tools and workflows • Collaborate across services and teams in an open-source internal culture • Work with maintainers, cross-functional teams, and shared documentation from conception through deployment • Solve complex problems with simplicity, correctness, and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundations in computer science • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, complexity, and core software engineering principles • Ability to build real software and ship features solving user problems • Strong problem-solving skills • Builder mindset and ownership of outcomes • Curiosity about users and their needs • High learning velocity • AI-first engineering mindset; willingness to experiment with AI coding tools, agents, and workflows • Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another rigorous technical discipline (preferred) • Competitive programming experience (preferred) • Side projects, startups, open-source contributions, hackathons, or shipped products (preferred) • Exposure to collaborative development, continuous delivery, observability, and AI-assisted development practices (preferred) • Permission to work in Spain or Poland; visa sponsorship requirements addressed in application • English level selection required
