âą Solid experience in recruitment, preferably in high-growth environments or startups/scale-ups âą Experience recruiting for different profiles (sales, operations and/or strategic positions) âą Proficiency in competency-based interviewing, advanced sourcing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, Pipefy, etc.) âą Ability to influence stakeholders using data, active listening and business acumen âą Continuous improvement mindset, with initiative to propose, test and scale solutions âą Excellent verbal and written communication in both Portuguese and English (advanced level)
