• Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product to clinics and private practices across Brazil; • Perform hands-on demonstrations of the AI and present benefits focused on productivity and patient experience; • Make outbound calls to leads from our database; • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstration, follow-up and closing; • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategy, and work with Customer Success teams; • Maintain the CRM with relevant information, keep the pipeline up to date, and report performance metrics.
• Experience in B2B consultative sales (preferably in technology or healthcare); • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear, educational and concise manner; • Organized, disciplined, with strong sales pipeline management skills; • Familiarity with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar); • Comfortable with technology, knowledge of AI and ability to provide technical explanations; • Results-oriented with a focus on expansion targets; • Ability to work with a high volume of calls (and enjoy making outbound calls).
