📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients • Understand client needs, provide support, uncover risk and growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction • Execute customer engagement programs throughout the customer journey using intentional outbound touchpoints, customer health indicators, and support tools • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and assistance creating or updating client profiles or saved searches • Attain KPIs designed to improve account retention, including contact rate, churn, renewal, and retention ratios • Follow SOPs for account interactions in standard CRM systems and other tools • Support and empower SMB customers, primarily subcontractors, general contractors, architects, and engineers • Use data, insights, and customer conversations to improve product adoption and build long-term partnerships • Report directly to the Manager, Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates can be located anywhere in the continental United States • Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future employment visa sponsorship • Background check required after a conditional job offer • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS-based software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products • Basic knowledge of the construction industry, or ability to learn it quickly • Strong personal integrity and accountability for outcomes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong relationship-building and customer-focused approach • Ability to coach customers on best practices and identify pain points and solutions • Empathetic mindset focused on supporting small business growth and customer success • Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred • Experience with CRM or order management systems preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
